Terraced houses

This is a unique patented construction concept with a technical specificity that allows a dwelling to be built at a reduced cost and in less time.

We design a metal frame from a CE approved galvanized base material, as an industrialist and according to the calculations of our design office, we proceed to shape the galvanized profiles, which are assembled to create a sectional structure composed of panels that are easily transportable and very easy to handle on site.

This industrialized prefabricated construction system with a galvanized steel frame allows for the integration of all traditional interior design principles to suit your taste, as well as flexibility adaptable to the constraints of each of our regions.

The quality levels remain surprising regarding the resistance of the structure classified as anti-seismic, as well as the possibility of strengthening the external and internal EWI insulation planned to meet the new "Low consumption 2012" regulations, which goes beyond the official standards of the European Union.

Thanks to rapid assembly, all the inherent difficulties of construction are greatly simplified by the prefabricated metal frame. As for the roof structure, we use either 150mm or 100mm wide profiles depending on the weight to be supported, or 250mm beams for flat roofs.

Plan for the break in cold and heat with EWI solutions for profiles exposed to the exterior faces, for the installation of water, electricity, gas and rainwater networks, either you pass with columns reserved for this purpose, or you wish to pass between the floors and suspended ceilings, or if you want specific reservations for electricity or fluids, you specify on the plan, we will make the necessary reservations.

For flat roofs, you use the same technique as for traditional roofs, with parapets raised to 40 cm allowing for the peripheral waterproofing upstand; there are now new, lighter waterproofing techniques adapted for prefabricated wood or steel structures.

According to the practices of the "Metal Carpentry and Joinery" profession, each order requires DWG execution plans, which are then studied individually by the factory design office, thus guaranteeing the study of spans, the study of load transfers, the study of weathering, the study of taking into account seismic and cyclonic resistance, these different calculations are carried out according to the standards imposed by each French department, Metropolitan and Overseas.

As a family's space needs change as it grows, rather than selling and buying a property, many owners choose to extend their house, either by utilizing the attic when possible, or by choosing to extend the sides, or even by adding a story to the house.

The extension is then the ideal solution; the added weight must be calculated so that the load-bearing walls can support the whole structure.
